  • After passing final checks, your order is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • They will deliver the package to your address as quickly as possible.
  • If they are unable to reach you or deliver at the given location, they will contact you directly to coordinate delivery.

2. How Are Items Packaged?

We prioritize both product safety and environmental responsibility:

  • Products are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
  • Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly materials such as recycled cardboard, paper fillers, and minimal plastic.
  • We are continually working toward reducing plastic usage and increasing the sustainability of our packaging.

3. Where Do We Ship?

  • We currently ship across India via reliable courier and transport partners.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4. How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order in multiple ways:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • You can also track your order using the "Track Order" section on our website.

5. What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed during promotions or sales may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

6. Will My Order Arrive in Multiple Shipments?

Yes, in some cases:

  • If your order includes items shipped from different warehouses or vendors, you may receive them in separate packages.
  • You will only be charged one-time shipping and tracking details will be shared for each shipment.

7. Are There Any Shipping Charges?

We offer clear and customer-friendly shipping rates:

  • New Customers: Free shipping on orders above ₹299
  • Returning Customers: Free shipping on orders above ₹149
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 on orders below the above thresholds
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders between ₹249 and ₹5,000

8. For Bulk Orders and B2B Customers

For wholesale, bulk, or institutional orders:

  • Products are dispatched via top transport providers such as VRL, TCI, GATI, and others, based on your region.
  • Delivery type (door delivery or transport godown) will be discussed and finalized with you.
  • Shipping charges, loading/unloading costs, and transit insurance (if requested) will be confirmed during negotiation and added to the final invoice.
  • We provide full dispatch documentation including photos, bilty/GR copy, and real-time updates for tracking.
  • Insurance for damage/loss during transit is available upon request and charged separately.
