1. Order Related

How do I place an order?
Browse products, select size and quantity, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and complete the payment.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or changed only before dispatch. To request cancellation, contact us at mipaessence@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 9225095186.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking link. You can also check the status under the "Track Order" section on our website.

Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in cases of incorrect, defective, or damaged products. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

2. Shopping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all major cities and regions in India using trusted courier and transport partners.

What are your shipping charges?

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹299 (new customers)

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹149 (returning customers)

  • ₹49 shipping charge applies on smaller orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders between ₹249 and ₹5,000

When will my order be delivered?
Most orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on your location.

Will my items arrive in one shipment?
In some cases, products may be shipped separately from different locations. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

3. MipaEssence Account

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and manage returns easily.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

How do I update my personal details or address?
Login to your account, go to My Profile, and edit your saved information.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (eligible orders only)

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. A digital invoice will be emailed to you, and you can also download it from your account dashboard.

Are MipaEssence products safe to use?
Yes. Our flavours and fragrances are manufactured using food-grade and aromatic-grade ingredients, tested for purity, stability, and compliance.

Are your products natural or synthetic?
We offer both natural and nature-identical options. Product details are listed on each product page.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Typically 12–24 months. Check the product label or listing for exact shelf life.

Can I get custom products or private labeling?
Yes. We offer tailored solutions for private label and B2B customers. Visit our B2B page or contact us directly.

6. B2B & Bulk Orders

Do you offer bulk pricing and OEM packaging?
Yes, we offer bulk supply, custom labeling, and OEM options for manufacturers, traders, and private-label clients.

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample kits are available for qualified bulk buyers and businesses. Contact our team to request samples.

Do you support third-party transport for bulk orders?
Yes. We ship bulk orders via leading transport companies such as VRL, GATI, TCI, etc., based on your preference and location.
