Cancellation & Return Policy

At MipaEssence, we are committed to providing high-quality flavours and fragrance products. However, if you need to cancel or return an order, please review our policy below for complete transparency and ease of process.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment (Applicable for orders within India only)

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it through one of the following options:

a. My Orders Section

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to “My Account” > “Orders”
  • Select the order you wish to cancel
  • Click “Cancel Item”
  • Choose the item(s), specify a reason, and confirm

b. Email Us
Send an email to mipaessence@gmail.com with your Order ID and cancellation request.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. However, you may initiate a return after the product is delivered (refer to Section 2).

Refund Timelines for Cancellations

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. The amount is generally reflected in your account within 5–7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Since payment is collected on delivery, no refund is processed for cancellations prior to delivery.

Note:

  • Discount codes used will be marked as redeemed and are non-refundable.
  • Any applicable loyalty or coupon credits may be reinstated.

2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for the following cases:

  • Product is incorrect or does not match the order
  • Product is damaged, leaked, or defective
  • Product differs significantly from what was described

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • Seals, labels, and batch codes are intact
  • All free gifts or bundled items are returned together

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Email us at mipaessence@gmail.com with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and invoice.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We will schedule a pickup if your location is serviceable
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund or replacement will be initiated

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used food flavours or fragrance bottles
  • Customized or made-to-order bulk items
  • Products without original packaging or missing components
  • Products returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or mega-sale events (unless defective)

4. Replacements

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead.

5. Refund Timelines

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account you provide

Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Partial Returns

Partial returns are accepted. You may choose to return specific items from a multi-item order.
